Day 1: New Years Day
Happy New Year everyone around the globe.
What’re you New Years resolutions? To get fit? Get a new job? Find new friends? Buy something you’ve always wanted? Its 2019 and with hard work, you can do anything that you want, all you have to do is put in that work and effort needed to hit those goals you’re setting for yourself. All of that starts today.
So let’s see what my day looks like, because I am starting off the year sick. I have a pounding headache and I am congested as fuck. Yay 2019. It can only go up from here right? Today is a work holiday for me, so I didn’t have to work, although I did for a few hours. After that I came home to finally try to get some sleep and kick this cold bullshit. Then I had a Legionnaire training call with my coach and other Legionnaires to help kickstart my year. After the call ended I am heading to the gym for a back and biceps workout along with 45-60 minutes of cardio.
Later in the day I also need to take some time to grocery shop, meal prep for the remainder of the week, and I need to do a few more things around the house in order to hit all the goals I have for the day. Overall its a low key day, but there is quite a bit of running around since I took the morning to try and sleep away this cold.
